We discovered a serious water leak during renovations in our house. They were able to arrive the same day, diagnose the problem and solve what seemed to me to be a major issue quickly and affordably. Will definitely be using these guys again

VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! AVOID!!!

When Joe finished the job, he asked for my credit card number but said he could not give me the amount that I owed! I asked for an invoice first, which he faxed when I was out of the office. I explained to him I wanted to see it before I gave him my cc number, and within 2 days of sending it, he filed a lien...adding even more fees that he didn't earn. He knew my house would soon be for sale and it's clear he was taking advantage of us.

Brandon's Plumbing just tried to highway rob me and charge $285 to just set (1) toilet after quoting me a very different rate when I called and asked about install of a toilet before they came out...beware of them when looking for plumbing work. I used them years ago and they were a great and reasonable company then, I don't know what happened but they have definitely changed from being fair and I will never consider them again EVER!!!

My sink has backed up into the garage and no amount of my help fixed it. Robert came out and went to work. And shop vac’ed up the water in the garage for me. Everything was thorough and professional and now FIXED. Thank you!

Horrible people!!!! We were out of town and our neighbors call to let us know we have a bad leak under the house. I immediately called them at 10 am and he told me it would be 85 for the service call and 85 per hour labor. He said they would be there between 2 and 4 pm. At just before 4 i call him back and he says they will need someone there to approve the work. WHY ARE THEY JUST NOW ACTING LIKE THIS IS A PROBLEM? I tell them my neighbor will be there to speak for me. Well they finally get to my house around 6 pm and quoted me $641 just to find the leak. When I questioned him he told me I had an attitude, told me he would leave and hung up on me.

Then he called me back saying something about me being poor because we live in a mobile home. Then laughs and says, well it's not me that's going to be without water, have a great night.

Joe was great. This may not be the case every time, but they fit me in the schedule SAME day for a slot that was about 4 hours after I contacted. Next thing you know, they jumped me two slots and Joe is here within an hour and a half! I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed. Insanely fast and professional. Will definitely use again!

Andrew and his boss came out and saved me thousands of dollars. Jetted the sewer lines and ran a camera and there was no need to tear up my floor to fix the cracks in the cast iron pipes. Normal wear and tear. No need for lining either. Honest guys, would use again for sure.
