I wrote a yelp review stating that he overcharged people compared to Andy’s plumbing and didn’t fix the problem. Tipton messaged me to say he hope I’m an American citizen and hope I can prove this. He is a crook, and a raciest...I’m a citizen so he’s telling me if I thought he did a bad job I should be ship out of America!!! When I was born here!!! See my yelp pic and you could see his message too me. What does being an America has to do with anything when he did a bad job and overcharging me!! He didn’t even fix my plumbing problem. Tipton rips people off and doesn’t fix the problem.. Tipton plumbing came out because my toilet, shower, and sink was clogged up. They snakes my main line which was way out at least 100 yards which I was confused because wouldn’t you try the House first? this didn’t work so the guy decided to snake my shower which why not the toilet? It worked for 4 hours but everything clogged again. I called them up and they said I might have branches in my line so to fix it was 4,000ish. I decided to look up google view and found Andy’s plumbing he came out used a bigger snake head and snakes my toilet and changed 145 Tipton changed me 375ish give it take and wanted to fix my sewer line for 4,000ish.. omg it’s been 3 years and I haven’t had to do anything like fix the sewer line. My yelp review people asked me if it’s still working so I updated the review. The owner then message me and said he hopes I’m an American citizen what the heck like he’s so pissed he wants me shipped off by the way I’m an American citizen. What a rude comment and this is the business owner of Tipton.. don’t go here he’s terrible at his job and the ethics and practices are terrible to what a aweful human being. Most business owner would say sorry you had this experience but that’s what we felt you needed in our opinion or don’t response but to respond so hatefully was uncalled for. What a jerk. Give better service and people wouldn’t write bad reviews. Your failure at your job has nothing to do if I’m an American or not!!! This guy over charge, doesn’t do the job correctly, and suggested a crazy 4,000 replacement sewer line!! That’s crazy since it only costed me 145 been fixed ever since Andy’s plumbing did the job!!! We were having flooding in our floor ducts and vents. Rucker mechanical was the only service we called that responded in a timely manner. My family and I are so very thankful to them.

Joe was great. This may not be the case every time, but they fit me in the schedule SAME day for a slot that was about 4 hours after I contacted. Next thing you know, they jumped me two slots and Joe is here within an hour and a half! I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed. Insanely fast and professional. Will definitely use again!

Hot water tank went out they call and says well we can come out tomorrow but we can’t change our youre tank we need to do diagnostics and look at the if it’s up to code!!! Seriously??? The bottom rusted out not much to diagnose and my house isn’t from the 1920s my stuff is up to code DUH!!!!

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER

Andrew and his boss came out and saved me thousands of dollars. Jetted the sewer lines and ran a camera and there was no need to tear up my floor to fix the cracks in the cast iron pipes. Normal wear and tear. No need for lining either. Honest guys, would use again for sure.

They never showed up They called 7 days after I called them had to get somebody else out to do the job
