Great job. They unclogged my drain and explained some easy maintenance. They said there is more intense stuff that can be done if it keeps happening but didn’t push it as needing to be done now unlike other places might do. I will definitely use them again (if I need it) and refer other people.

Zack is fantastic to work with and Zeke and Chris did an awesome job with installation. Zeke explained everything thoroughly so I understood what was needed for installation and then walked me through all the wonderful improvements made to my water heater when they were through. Zack, the supervisor, stopped by to make sure everything was satisfactory and made sure I was pleased with the work. What a nice gentleman!
When you have a large or small plumbing job to, Tipton is the way to go. These were the nicest people to work with and I also appreciated the cleanliness of the employees, their equipment and trucks. They also cleaned up when the job was done.

Very professional and prompt service from the Rucker Mechanical technicians. They did an awesome job installing the mini split on our enclosed porch area. It works so well keeping it cool and is so quiet you can’t even tell it is running. I would definitely recommend their services.

After waiting almost 24 hours for another company who couldn't even return my phone calls, I finally found Joe. Even on a Sunday Joe made it out to my home in about an hour!! He did excellent work and was willing to explain and answer any questions I had. His price was fair and his personality was great! Hot water tank went out they call and says well we can come out tomorrow but we can’t change our youre tank we need to do diagnostics and look at the if it’s up to code!!! Seriously??? The bottom rusted out not much to diagnose and my house isn’t from the 1920s my stuff is up to code DUH!!!!

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER

We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Their guy came out did nothing but looked at our leaking shower and took some pictures. He said they would have to order a part and be back. Then told our home warranty that because ONG knicked our water line it was causing the leak. We ended up convincing the home warranty that they were making up excuses to not do the work. They sent another plumbing company today who fixed the issue with no additional parts and agreed that our water line being knocked had nothing to do with the shower leaking. If I would have called them myself to come out and paid them directly I would be contacting them for a refund of the service call. I would not recommend thiscompany!
