Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. After a recent freeze, my wife and I had a broken water piper and severe flooding in our home. 1-Tom-Plumber was able to help us get the water turned off while we waited for service. The initial appointment was set 3 days out, but I received a call the very next morning stating they would be out in 30 minutes. Robert arrived and had no problems finding and repairing the broken line. He was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. The cost was not outrageous and we were able to get started on other repairs immediately. 1-Tom-Plumber will be my go to for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Highly recommend this company! I hired them to put a Samsung Mini Split on my covered deck. Absolutely love it! Worth every penny! When it was 48 degrees outside, our deck was 78. They were professional and courteous. Knew exactly what they were doing. Got the job done in an extremely timely manner and cleaned up any debris. Thanks Chad! Great Job! The system did exactly what you said it would. And it’s super quiet! Can’t even tell it’s running. I would hire them again!

I've had Joe out at my house multiple times, and each was a wonderful experience, consisting of quick and expert service, up front on pricing, and a great personal manner that made me feel more sure of who it I was calling out to work on my home. Made sure everything was cleaned before leaving, and made sure to have a detailed invoice for me at the end of it all. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great contractor to work in/on their home!

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER

Jet Plumbing was out, relayed poor/wrong info back to the home warranty company. Another company is called out and fixed it within the hour. My girlfriend left a review about it. Today I find out she received a phone call that was not pleasant. She was yelled at and in the end threatened to be sued if she didn't remove her review. I do not appreciate this type of behavior.

They never showed up They called 7 days after I called them had to get somebody else out to do the job

I called 9 companies one night looking for help getting our water back on at the house and this was the only one that took my call, replied and offered help within a reasonable amount of time. The cost was totally fair and the service was excellent. Thank you!
