If you're having any plumbing or gas related problems, do your self a favor and call Joe with A Perfect Fit Plumbing. Joe was referred to me from a friend and I couldn't be more happy with my now go to guy for all things plumbing and gas. Joe was on time, very personable and you could tell right away he's been doing this for a long time. Joe was very knowledgeable of all the issues I was having and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. I spent three days trying to fix a problem that he came and was able to fix in about 2 hours. He has all the right equipment and is honest and upfront about his pricing. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and it's nice to have found someone that doesn't try to push some sort of product or service I don't need. I couldn't believe that some people on here gave some bad reviews because this guy has earned my business and I wont be using anyone else for any of my plumbing or gas related issues.

This is an amazing family owned company. We have used them in the past for our home that got a clogged /leaking pipe for our bathtub. He even looked at a few other things for me to make sure everything else was working. They were prompt, ready to work, and clean with their work. We are even about to build a house and they are doing our plumbing for us. You can’t go wrong with using Red Plains Plumbing.

Charge was way too high for snaking 60' of drain. Service man played dumb and padded time by talking and fussing with things thant didn't add to repair. They wanted an additional $370 charge to repair sewer pipe that was broken into to snake. Told them no, stop. Told we were changed holiday rate 12/26. No previous mention of that. Very disappointed. Felt like we were being taken advantage of.

We were so impressed from start to finish. The communication was off the charts. They kept us well informed at all times. We really appreciate Josh E’s skill set & friendly demeanor. Just before Josh came we received a text that he was on his way, which included his picture. Great job.

Installed and maintain IAQ Systems: Electronic Air Cleaners and Humidifiers.

They came out for a simple clean out. I had used them before for the same issue, less than a year ago, and they did great. For some reason this time, they worked from the roof. After not having any success, I opted for the camera to help identify where the problem was. $465 later, I was told there was a huge problem requiring a new line, approximately $3500 job. I called another company for 2nd opinion and they had the cleanout done in the same day, within 30 minutes, and for less than $200. I tried calling to explain my experience and nobody would answer the phone. I will NEVER use this company again.

Update:
The pipe was cut for more direct access to the problem area. It was his attempt to fix the problem before calling for help. Not a big deal.
The plywood was on the complete opposite side of the problem area, providing a path on which to walk. That was obvious.
Working from the roof was completely illogical and ineffective, even the 2nd plumber agreed. Working from the ground is what actually resolved the problem.
Bottom line is your plumber didn't want to get dirty, failed a simple clean out, charged for unnecessary equipment and misdiagnosed the problem. Then, he quoted $3500 for a single pipe replacement that, if I actually ever need it, is more than double the other company's price.
The fact that you'll respond on Google but wouldn't return my calls is interesting.

Have called them 3 times in the last year, they have sent someone out each time within a few hours. Very friendly, hard working, and reasonably priced.

Had a cold water leak under the foundation and expected the worst.
Zane with Fixt came out and checked on the leak.
They spent a little time going over everything with a fine toothed comb and presented multiple options for repair.
We are planning to remodel the problem area so we opted for the temporary option. Zane was very clear about all options and what to expect, was very professional and fixed the issue.

Called to try to set up an appointment and the lady who answered the phone sounded like she was not happy to look at the schedule to see if a plumber to come out to Del City area. Hopefully if you call this company. The person you talk to actually sounds like she or he wants to help you and not like your an inconvenience to them.

I called to get them to bring business cards so we could refer our clients to them and the guy who answered the phone felt the need to tell me they just renewed their insurance and hung up on me. Not a professional business. At. All.
