We have used Jackson for over seven years and still receive the high level of service that one expects. There's no honeymoon period then bad service with this group.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

Recently my husband and I had our heater routinely serviced through Terry's and they sent out a gentleman named Kirby. We can't say enough good things about the excellent service we received from Kirby. He very professionally and very thoroughly checked our heater system and serviced it, but also checked our water heater and answered questions my husband had about it. In this day and age of everyone being in a hurry, Kirby gave attention to detail, and it was obvious he knows the value of a job well done. We hope we'll see Kirby again the next time our service is due!

They are mindful of my house and wear covers on their shoes. We knew our old system was through, no replacement parts were to be found. David came up with a quote and was out two days later. By noon, we had a new heat and air handler that works great. The fan blows twice as much as the old one, and the new thermostat helps us keep the temp in the house just right. Very professional and thorough. Thanks.

I was completely stopped at a red light on the corner of 23rd and Air Depot this morning about 6:30am and watched an F150 with this company’s name on it ran through the light as cars are heading towards him. Not only unsafe but very unprofessional when you have the company’s name on your truck.
