After having issues with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing for a few days, I contacted Plumber Oklahoma City, OK Plumbing & Repair this morning. He told me he was very busy, but would work to schedule our repair in with his team. I was so excited (and relieved!) to hear that they were able to come out after hours today! It is 9:30pm and his team is wrapping up their project. The fact that he was willing to spend 30 minutes with me on the phone addressing my issues (and educating me on the process!) and made time to come out the same day says a lot about his commitment to his customers. I absolutely will recommend this crew to anyone in search of a plumber. Outstanding customer service, friendly people and great job on the repair!

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. The other guys have lost a customer and I will be calling Hull Plumbing from now on when the need arises. Thank you!

Came out and installed water softener and whole house water filter. They were quick and efficient. Explained everything before doing the work. Would recommend to family and friends

I called Bailey brothers out to check the Freon in my outside unit there in Yukon. The guy shows up says he can’t check it because the compressor won’t come on. I asked him to put a new capacitor in and try that. He tried to charge me over 200$ for a capacitor they are 13$ at Locke supply. So I run up go get another one he puts it in. The fan started kicking out on thermal overload it had never done that in the 10 years I lived there.He said the unit was toast and I needed a new one. He charges me a 79$ call and leaves. The next day I check his wiring. He had swapped the wires on the capacitor and had the fan wire going to the compressor and compressor wire going to fan which was over amping it causing it to kick out on thermals. Capacitor wiring 101 is if it’s a two stage capacitor check the wires going to the apparatus if it overamps. I swapped the wires back called a different company they added Freon and the old unit cools great. Folks always get 2 or even 3 opinions Ac units are the simplest appliance in the house the so called techs will rip you off in 2 seconds. Not all but a lot will. These units are tough they last decades. I will never use Bailey again.

We had a gas line leak and ONG contracted with Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC. Patience and Amy called us right away and helped us get the service we need. We were very concerned about this emergency and really needed someone reliable and qualified to work on the issue, quickly and efficiently. My family has been using another plumbing company for years and the plumbers A.D. and Keno -who were sent out- were so thorough and professional, we have decided to make Stanley Plumbing Services, LLC. our go- to plumbers when we need service from now on. In an older home, you need quality, dependable professionals who are able to explain in detail what will happen and this company is the one to call for that, because they train their experts very, well. We had to move the entire line to another location. They eased our minds and concerns on safety hazards that might be present, also. That was very important to my wife and I, because with adults and children present and houses very close together, you don't want your gas line, or water line to fail. They saved the day for sure. You won't be, disappointed.

Worst plumbing experience I've had. Weirdly would only come in my back door (hadn't even come in to look at the problem). Looked like his equipment hadn't been used before. When he arrived I had a clogged drain, and by the time he left -- the drain was still clogged and I had a leak under my house. And, of course, he charged me. I paid him just to get him out of my house because I was so uncomfortable. Felt like I was getting cased.

**I can't respond to the owner's response so I'm just editing my review. I'm not sure how I intimidated this guy. I'm a little over 6 feet tall (certainly not 6'8) and just stood there while they worked so I could see what they were doing. I'd like to have fixed it next time on my own. I suppose that was intimidating. I don't know much about plumbing -- I just know after a different plumber came out the next day they were able to clear the clog and fix the leak (including the cast iron) for not much more than I paid this guy. I'm sorry he had a bad experience dealing with me. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
