We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Brian did our air conditioner's annual maintenance yesterday. Noticed he spent longer than other technicians in the past. My thought there must be something wrong. When I went to check on him I noticed he had several panels off my air conditioner and using a hose to clean it. That was different! Then I asked him how things were going and he started talking about his concern about drip pan water in my attic. He mentioned all the things he checked that might cause water in drip pan. Bottom line is Brian was thoroughly doing his job and I could tell he was a responsible technician. He was right to check on the water in drip pan issue cause I have had a problem in this area in the past. I was relieved to know he checked out my system completely. He wore his PPE gear and that was much appreciated as well. Professional Service...thanks

Our household has been hit with a variety of issues lately, and I’ve ended up calling A and T 4 times in the past two weeks. Each time, they’ve sent someone out promptly, the only time they weren’t able to send someone same day is when I called late in the afternoon but they still had someone out first thing the next morning. Of all those visits, they quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get me a solution quickly. The first call was after the freak overnight storm a couple weeks ago when I found that my floor vents had inexplicably filled with water, they weren’t able to fix that problem because it was caused by a lack of drainage in my yard, but they didn’t charge me for the visit. The second time was just a couple days later when my AC stopped blowing cold air, they came the same day and replaced the capacitor for no charge thanks to the service plan I purchased from them. The next time I called was for a leaky outdoor faucet that turned my yard into a swamp, Ross replaced the faucet quickly but in doing so found most of the problem was actually my hot water tank failing and leaking water in the same area. Ross and Mike were able to replace the tank in just a few hours for a very reasonable price and even threw in the faucet for free. The 4th call was yesterday when I realized that after the tank was replaced I wasn’t getting any water pressure from the hot water line in my kitchen sink. I called around 3pm and they had someone at my door first thing this morning. I thought it probably had something to do with the tank replacement, and Fisher confirmed that some crud probably was disturbed in the line and clogged so he ran it in reverse and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes, again there was no charge. Long review, but all to say that this place is worth it, including the HVAC service plan they offer.

Bad service. Came to fix a sink clog and then left. Now dishwasher is clogged and backing up.
