We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

On 10/08/2021 Rucker Electric installed a Generac generator there entire team was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the product. Ryan is who was out and give us an estimate he was on the job from beginning to completion and most helpful to go over the product and even helped to set it up on our cell phone. In the midst of this record breaking freeze, I had a pipe burst in my laundry room. I assumed it would be days before I could get someone out to fix it. I called Bailey Brothers and had someone within the hour. Anthony (tech#416) came in and saved the day. He had our family of six, back up and running in under an hour. He was very courteous and explained his findings and the repair that was made. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
