Junior was our Technician, he was very polite and on time for our appointment. He got it all taken care of fairly quickly. I would recommend VIP Plumbing, they’re great!

I was given fast, professional and efficient service. From the start to the finish of the hot water heater installation, it was flawless, the quote was reasonable, and honored. I will call this business anytime I have a plumbing need. Very pleased!

Called Lakeshore to checkout and fix a backup issue I was having from a line in my garage. The pipe went outside and had a cleanout. The technician didn't even open the clean out. He left and they sent me a quote for what needed to happen. They quoted me 5500 a day with no stipulations on how long the work would take. This is after they did nothing. They didn't open the clean out, they didn't run anything to investigate or try to remove roots from the pipe. They did nothing and tried to charge me to bust up my kitchen and remove pipe that didn't need to be removed. I will never call this sham company again. I called a plumber that our family uses. Had my pipes working again within a few hours for much much cheaper. THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

i like the quality of the work and the professionalism of their plumbers. However I use them on a regular basis at the properties I manage and they are becoming a little slow on invoicing me and it puts me behind on my work. Other than that the prices are fair and they know what they are doing.

They were super polite and efficient. They even made sure I knew where to look for their notes on helping reduce the possibility of my system backing up again.

Ace Plumbing came to find what the issue is with our line clogging every 6 months. I have used several plumbing companies to clear our line and these guys were top notch. They were on time, very informative and professional.They were quick too. It didn't take them 30 minutes to find a problem others struggled with. They gave me an estimate of repair and discussed my options thouroughly. They even offered a way to record or watch the drain video. I'll tell ya why I will use them again. Honesty and no high pressure B.S. Thank You, Ace Plumbing!

Company. They perform honest work, and you can tell they really care about their customers. I don't trust anyone else to fix my pipes when there is a leak.

I called this company about 8:30 pm after realizing I had a plumbing issue at my home and wanted it repaired. Since it was after hours I talked to their after hours answering service and was told a technician would be calling me back shortly. After an hour and a half later with no call from a tech I called back again and spoke with their after hours service and was told again that a tech would be in touch with me shortly. Finally after another hour and a half with no call back, I gave up and decided to go to bed and would call again in the morning. I've used this company before and had a great experience a little over a year ago. it also was an after hours call and had no problems. Anyways, I called this morning and spoke with a lady in the office and expressed to her my disappointment for not getting a return call from a tech and she said that since I didn't call back first thing this morning, she assumed I got someone else to come out and do the repair and that the techs were too busy to place a 2 minute call to a return customer last night. I'm personally in the customer service business and as far as I'm concerned this is not acceptable nor should it be. I would have to let this employee go for not taking a couple of minutes to let a customer know that you are busy and will get to them as soon as possible. I wont use them again for this reason alone and don't recommend there services to anyone in need of good customer service. REMEMBER the customer is the reason your still in business.
