We worked with Rebeca to help us with getting quote. Our breaker box burned out on a Saturday. Rebecca listened to our issues and asked for pictures so she can get a quote for the fix by Monday morning. She was very helpful. Respectful, high quality and good attitude!

Isiah and his team are awesome. Just used them on a large remodel project. I was referred to them by a realtor. Best electrician I’ve ever worked with. Fast, efficient, and does quality work. And most importantly, he was very willing to work WITH me on coming up with the plan, explaining different options and the pros and cons of each. Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

I needed an inspection done in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma. I called 32 different places and no one would go out that far. ESP went out the same day and did a great job! I can't recommend them enough. They're willing to go anywhere in the state! Great prices, professional, detailed and good communicators

My mother has Dementia, I specifically authorized a hot water heater installation and a new shutoff valve to the house. Instead they sold her on some bogus part on the shower. I wish I could give more info on the part and what it was but they will never answer my questions when I call. they always claim they will get with the plumber who went there but never do.

Do not trust them. They up sale to people who cant make decisions for themselves and I specifically told them of her condition and what she and my father are capable of doing on their own. They did an excellent install but the fact they charged us 300 + on a part and installation that was not authorized was totally unacceptable.

They charged us 2400+ on a hot water heater install as well. Which is above the others I got quoted but because we had done business before I decided to spend extra money. NEVER AGAIN unless they rectify this.

The team was very responsive and patient with all of my questions I had about throughout the whole process. When I changed my about something, they not only listened without complaint but they made the change mid-stream with no extra cost. I really appreciated them for that. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

Commercial use - fast and reliable service.

Had my electric panel upgraded. A bit pricey but great service from Josh and Alex. Still waiting to hear back from the company on getting my drywall repaired where they had to cut space for a new panel.

Satisfaction is not guaranteed. I would not recommend. I needed a simple outlet installed. Lance came out to install. He installed it crooked. Tripped down a ladder into my wall. I could smell alcohol on him and confronted him about it. He didn't deny it. They charged me $288 (For ONE simple outlet) which I paid under protest. I called to complain about Lance to the owner ... who said he DID NOT believe me and said that Lance was his best guy. He did offer to knock off 10%. I declined for several reasons.
After he left ... the outlet stopped working! I had to call ANOTHER electrician .... who came in and we figured out Lance had tied the outlet to the garage light SWITCH ... therefore, when we turned the outside garage lights off ....it turned the outlet (and out TV hooked up to it) OFF!! And I paid for that?! The other electrician, Shane Denny with Denny's Electric was awesome. I would recommend them. They put in THREE (3) additional outlets ALL for $300 (about the same price that Harris Electric charged me for ONE). Harris Electric took my money and didn't look back. Definitely not satisfied and out $288 for work that had to be redone!
