Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

Their office clearly explained how their pricing worked for an after hours call to unclog my sink after I tried snaking it myself. Edgar came out on and they checked everything, including under the house when their first snake didn’t fix it. They were very professional and thorough and their price was very fair. Keeping their card for any future repairs and installs. Glad I called them.

Toilet was stopped up and I called and got same day service. Very quick and they where able to fix issue in 30 mins

I called them for an estimate and they came out over a week ago... guy who came out seemed to know what he was doing so I called the office to schedule. Office said she needed to check with plumber and get back to me... I called again a few days later and she said she forgot to call me and would get with him again.... here I am still no call to schedule over week later... Done.

1st Visit, Lakeshore sent a team same day to diagnose our slab leak. They arrived the next day to do the work. They completed all the work the same day and cleaned up after themselves.

2nd visit same service.

3rd visit we had a leak in our service line. The Technician was one we hadn't had before. The team came out and started work. They ruptured several Sprinkler lines and failed to repair them and covered them without saying they wouldn't repair them. We received little communication from the lead tech. It was only the other techs that communicated with us.
After asking them to repair them they did a few but connected then in reverse order to the valve box. I just spent the whole weekend diagnosing and repairing the work I just paid $6,400 for. Maybe we just got a bad tech. I guess these days 2/3 is ok.

Robert came out in a timely manner after I called him. He and his assistant did great work on my kitchen sink drain. There was an issue with a leak in the sink traps. One on each side. The large nuts were absolutely locked on and there was concern of being able to get them off without breaking the ceramic sink. Using some old school tricks they were able to get the large nuts to loosen without breaking the sink. That alone saved me $625.00 for the price of a new sink. They are very professional and have a professional demeanor. Their prices are very competitive as well. I would recommend them due to the timely manner, and quality of their work. My company has employed Roto-Rooter for at least 6 years.I own multiple rental properties.On November 3rd, my property manager called Roto-Rooter to ask for an estimate for a gas pressure test.On November 8th, we received a bill charging us $ 5469.77.When my property manager called to protest, they said that they had an approval on tape.They told me the same thing; they never produced the tape.The invoice shows that my tenant approved the pressure test and gas line repair.Not one of my tenants is authorized to approve work.On January 3rd, a process server dropped off an affidavit with a court date to sue for non-payment.They did not call to discuss this excessive charge, they chose to file a mechanic’s lien and sue for non-payment.A check for payment was mailed on January 3rd. I did not approve the payment.When one of my partners called to protest ; they demanded an additional $273 in court costs to dismiss the case.Their unauthorized outrageous charges of $5743.00 should be refunded immediately.

Very friendly yet professional. Efficient. Solved my problem fast and even offered to take old toilet to trash. Will definitely call on again!

Worst service EVER!!!! They show up for about 1-2 hours and take off and then don’t show their faces again for several days. Something that should take 3 days takes them anywhere from 3weeks to 8 weeks. Calling to speak to a manager does absolutely no good. They don’t care. If you are wanting quality work in a somewhat timely manner DO NOT use this company!
