Jared was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable when he came to provide an estimate for a leaky pipe in our basement.We are getting several estimates and do not yet know if we will go with Albert Nahman. If we do, we'll update with another review on the actual work. If we don't, it won't be because we were not completely pleased with Jared during the estimate visit!

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. They replaced two hot water heaters and did the plumbing on a bathroom and kitchen remodel. They did outstanding work, very nice workers, and the office staff was responsive and helpful. Mauro himself is a gem; he came out to give me an estimate for (what i thought) was replacing pipes due to a lack of water pressure and ended up fixing the problem on the spot. I would hire them again in an instant.
