i scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for water softner repair, they cancel my appointment on the last minute without any notice. the company don't value people's time, not going to use them in the future!

Nate and Enrique did a great job. They were happy, neat and professional at all times.

Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. I inherited the system from the previous owner, and his explanations were extremely helpful.

He and his great plumbers were here the next day to completely take care of the problem. They were professional and timely, and worked very well with my wife on this job. We were having issues with our hot water (or lack there of) so we decided to call a JC Green plumbing to come and check what the issue is. The girl on the phone was very pleasant and was able to get a plumber out to us the same day. Unfortunately we had to have it replaced, and he was able to do it the same day. He was extremely efficient and honest about the whole process, breaking down the costs and providing different options to get by. 10/10 would recommend.
