Chris recommended a needed cleaning of the furnace fan, showing me the dog hair on the fan blades. I did not even know it was possible to clean the fan. He removed it and quickly vacuumed and reinstalled the fan. It runs much better and the air in our house now seems light. It was excellent service. We had other furnace servicing, but no one had ever recommended performing this messy task. As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

Jorge was able to fix a tricky problem in short order, on the same day I called him. However, he first sent one of his associates, who could not fix it, and it took some squawking on my part to get Jorge himself to come.

I cannot recommend Shaeya enough for the fantastic work he did on our home. He completely re-piped our entire home with copper pipes and installed a brand new tankless water heater.
