Best Tankless Water Heater Replacement in Oakland CA

I am formally a Facilities Director and used them many times. However, I called them and had them unclog a kitchen sink in my home. Once they arrived, the plumber didn’t have a basic part needed in his truck and left to get it. After he was done snaking my drain, he informed me I owed over $900. I was stunned but paid the bill with a credit card. I was told I’d receive a bill by email but that never happened. BEWARE!!!! Don’t think about using them unless you get a quote up front. I still feel burned by them to this day.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time.
