Best Sewer And Drain Cleaning in Oakland CA

Literally horrific experience with this company. Had booked an appointment to fix my heater when I had been without heat during a very very cold storm. I Moved my whole schedule around so I could be home when they would come. The morning that they were supposed to come at 9 AM. I’m waiting and waiting no one‘s coming. I called about three times to get in touch with them to figure out where the service provider is finally by 11 AM I got a callback from them saying that they overbooked and that they would not have anybody come out to be fixing my heater that day. The best that they could do was offer me an appointment two weeks out. I would never trust or work with this company again horrific experience they clearly do not value customers time.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

Our hot water heater kicked the bucket, and we woke up to nothing but freezing water to wash up the next morning. Starting from our phone call to Lisa the receptionist (How can I make you smile) through Giovanni Arredondo's inspection and he and Ruben Barron's installation of a new hot water heater and removal of the old unit, we had the pleasure of dealing with a service provider that was extraordinarily friendly, competent, responsive, and professional. We had hot showers by the end of the day, and we will never consider another plumber than Big Blue. Absolutely A+

I had him to replace water pressure regulator, and install a thermal expansion tank. Also I asked him to install a new water monitoring device (Phyn Plus). David paid his attention to every details. He wanted to make sure that his job was done correctly at the first time! His attitude towards his work was great. I’m very happy about his work! Also he is very neat. He cleaned up the area nicely after he worked! Good job David!!!👍👍👍

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

We just had a great experience with We can do it Plumbing. They fixed a complicated shower valve situation that another plumber said couldn't be fixed by solving the problem creatively. They were respectful, skilled, communicative, and a joy to work with. Highly recommend.

When our sink backed up we called 2 or 3 different companies for emergency service, but Mr. Rooter seemed the most reasonably priced and highly regarded, so we went with them. The woman on the phone dispatched an employee and we got a call from Chris a few minutes later to confirm. He showed up and the first thing we noticed was how friendly he was. He then assessed the problem and began to explain in detail what he would be doing to remedy the issue. He was done with the job within an hour, and even went as far as explaining his work to our inquisitive 2-year-old daughter. Afterward, he gladly cleaned up the mess that ensued, going above and beyond to wipe down the kitchen floor & surrounding cabinets with cleaning product for our safety. The best part was that the amount due when the job was done was even less than the estimate he gave us over the phone. Every experience I’ve had with other plumbing companies prior has been less pleasant as a result of overcharging, and less-than-exemplary employees. Mr. Rooter was a refreshing exception to the norm.

These guys are my first call in the east bay. I own 5 older buildings with issues. Mauros are total pros and they always charge fairly. If you have an emergency they bend over backwards to take care of you. If you are in their area I can't recommend them enough.

Plumber arrived on time. I told him what I needed done. Just power wash my clogged sewer lines using a power washer. I've had this service done a few times in the past 6 years by other plumbing companies. The JC Green plumber said that he was going to use a snake to unclog my line instead. I told him not to use a snake because it wouldn't work. He blew off my request anyway.
He started using the snake @10 AM, getting poor results so he continued to use it anyway, even though the sewage line was still not uncloged. About 10:45AM, he gives up using the snake and starts using the power washer like I requested. The JC Green Plumber could have finished the job in 15 minutes if he would've listened to me.
So, @ 11:15Am the job is complete but not without him charging me $650.00!
I will never use JC Green plumbing again! A hard, expensive lesson to learn.
I just hope their plumbers realize that the customer is always right.

Natalie is amazing! This is the second time we have used her at our business and just like the first time she came the same day and handled business in a short amount of time. Prices are great as well and she is super helpful and professional. We will continue to call her for any issues that arise. I highly recommend her for any and all Sewer and Drain needs.
