Both times, they explained in detail the issues so that we have the knowledge to remediate the issue ourselves should it occur again. It's rare that service people will try to teach you how to DIY to save money. The business also happens to be a good neighbor to our community so we always want to support that.

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.
