I've been hiring Mr. Rooter for about 15 years, because they do good work, and they make it right. A real person answers the phone. My home and rental house are both about 90 years old and have challenging plumbing. They fixed the pressure regulator problem which was making a horrible noise. They corrected the cross connection that kept us from turning off the water to the house. They repaired the broken water main without damaging the magnificent magnolia whose roots it ran through. They found a sink trap problem before I did. And they replace, fix, and repair more usual plumbing problems. All their plumbers and receptionists are a pleasure to work with.

They fixed my shower faucet and had an extra handle being as mine would not come off. He was on time very professional and courteous and the faucet works perfect. The price was fine and the person who answered the phone gave me a accurate quote. I will definitely keep using them.

JC Green plumbing did an outstanding job fixing our water heating pipes at home. We had a lot of water leakage and luckily JC Green plumbing was a recommendation. They came through and did a phenomenal job while we had to be out of the house for them to have access.

Mike installed a new Williams Top Vent wall Furnace. He did a great job. He arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do. Install the Furnace in a timely manner, Left no mess, and at a very fare price. The next time I need any pluming or heating work to be done I will call Diamond Plumbing and Heating. That's for sure. He found one crack on one end (only dripping ) and did not find this crack on top of the pipe where I pointed out first “ this is where gushing water came down.”
The plumber said he fixed it so I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds and flushed the toilet once , he was downstairs saying “no leak !” Done . He did not fill the bath tub nor run water to test any further leak .I did not know so I had the ceiling closed ($1000) then my daughter took a bath , gushing water came down . I needed to open the ceiling AGAIN.

Office manager dismissed the issue of not throughly inspecting the entire old pipe , no running water test. I originally asked for compensation for the drywall work which I had to do twice , did not go anywhere. He said the work was done right, nothing was wrong . So I disputed the charge of CC. I got a temporary credit then the owner talked to me finally . Unfortunately Aaron claimed the crack was a new leak , not related to the repair the plumber performed . Look at the exposed pipe and the area of the ceiling opened . How can anyone say they are different leak . I provided all pictures of evidence to VISA and finally they awarded me the credit. The owner told me not to ask for any repair and I am on the nasty customers list . I am very disappointed by his statement “opinion” , “definition” , “fact” ,” I got something free???
I fought this incompetent work because I could not sign the false statement on the form of “release of liability “ when he offered $500 with “ good face”. The fact is that the plumber was not professional. The crack did not appear after his repair , pipe is all connected . It is not a new leak.

We can continue to disagree but there is one fact that does remain. That is that you have had new piping installed by us for free. That’s indisputable. The rest is your opinion and by definition is not fact.

11/12/20 I wanted to update my review and add that JJ is so skilled, friendly, honest, and helpful. He came back and did more work on my house and he did a fantastic job. He is always quick to reply and very professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything when I have questions and is also a wonderful person to be around. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need anything done at your house, definitely get in touch with him!

JJ is incredibly talented, friendly, professional, and skilled. He has become my go-to person for practically any issue with my house. He is incredibly responsive and fair and always goes above and beyond to do a great job. He takes a lot of pride in his work- and even more, he really cares about people and making sure that he does everything he can to solve the issue. I could not recommend anyone more.
