Albert Nahman plumbing took me seriously and bid a beefy Carrier humidifier. All other companies either no-bid, or proposed other much less effective units. Their technician, Alex Iglecias was competent, professional, and very personable. When the initial installation had a problem Alex came back on his day off to fix it.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

My good friend used this services. Kenny Rhett Handyman is professional and affordable. He came by apartment and installed a mirror quickly, and even helped to fix a damaged part of it so he didn't have to return it. So happy I found him, and I highly recommend him! I will use this handyman too!

Sure Shoot Rooter & Plumbing is one of the best business i have ever dealt with. Our hot water heater wasn't producing any hot water. Called Sure Shot and David came out that same day to check it out. Found out our water was a high efficency type and parts were very hard to find. David worked on it for about an hour and half and could not get it to ignite. He had to special order the part. This was on a Friday. He made an appointment to come back to finish the job the following Tuesday. However come Tuesday morning he called and said the part still hadn't arrived and he had to put a rush in for Friday. As i posted above this part was specific to our model of water heater and was hard to locate. David did his best to try to get the part as fast as possible. It did come in that Friday and he installed it that day. It was also a learning experience for him because he never worked on this type of water heater before. He did a lot of research during the time we were waiting for the part so he knew exactly how to fix it once he got the part in. He also did a water heater drain and refill. After all this is was expecting a bill of close to 1K. The total cost was very reasonable (650.00) for the time, effort and work that he did. if we had to replace the water heater it would have been close to 5k because the water heater itself is a special order & the time it would have taken to install it would take a few hours. Next year when we need to have it drained and refilled i will have David to it. I highly recommend Sure Shot Rooter & Plumbing. David is very patient, tries to work problems out and is very knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Gerald was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Fixed the issue on the first try with my Lochinvar Knight water boiler. After describing the problem to him over the phone, and with some pictures of the unit that I sent, he came prepared with the necessary spare parts. He replaced those parts and did some additional maintenance, always explaining what was going on along the way. I inherited the system from the previous owner, and his explanations were extremely helpful.

Mr. Rooter (Oakland) plumbing provided excellent service on two occasions. First, Spencer, the owner of this franchise, responded within hours to my backed up sewer lateral. He informed me that Albany City fixes this for free. He personally knew the City person responsible and he called on my behalf to order the repair. The City workers arrived the next day and fixed the problem for free! On another occasion, our garbage disposal failed. I got Spencer on the phone and he suggested an appropriate brand and model to replace it. I also asked for a new kitchen faucet, and he immediately recommended a faucet that we have loved. The plumber who arrived to replace our garbage disposal and faucet, named Alex, could not have been better. He was punctual, thoughtful, well informed, friendly and fast. He was thoroughly professional, and the work he did was excellent. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter of Oakland for my future plumbing needs.
