I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

I Contacted Big Blue Plumbing and several other companies trying to get a free estimate . Everyone offered a free estimate except Big Blue Plumbing. On top of that the guy only did walk around...I feel like I paid for a conversation wge Fito plimbing pulled up at the same time but they opened up the man hole and got on the roof to do a free camera inspection. When the BiG Blue Tech see this all he said that's another way to run the camera.
Beware they're inspection are not good and they charge you $79.
Other companies do ut for free.

Sure Shoot Rooter & Plumbing is one of the best business i have ever dealt with. Our hot water heater wasn't producing any hot water. Called Sure Shot and David came out that same day to check it out. Found out our water was a high efficency type and parts were very hard to find. David worked on it for about an hour and half and could not get it to ignite. He had to special order the part. This was on a Friday. He made an appointment to come back to finish the job the following Tuesday. However come Tuesday morning he called and said the part still hadn't arrived and he had to put a rush in for Friday. As i posted above this part was specific to our model of water heater and was hard to locate. David did his best to try to get the part as fast as possible. It did come in that Friday and he installed it that day. It was also a learning experience for him because he never worked on this type of water heater before. He did a lot of research during the time we were waiting for the part so he knew exactly how to fix it once he got the part in. He also did a water heater drain and refill. After all this is was expecting a bill of close to 1K. The total cost was very reasonable (650.00) for the time, effort and work that he did. if we had to replace the water heater it would have been close to 5k because the water heater itself is a special order & the time it would have taken to install it would take a few hours. Next year when we need to have it drained and refilled i will have David to it. I highly recommend Sure Shot Rooter & Plumbing. David is very patient, tries to work problems out and is very knowledgeable. Thank you!!

I called the number listed on their page and was directly connected to Gerald (the owner I believe) to schedule a service consultation. I've already had two companies come out before to come out for a hydronic heater that seemingly no-one in the bay had knowledge to service. Over the phone, Gerald went over things that could have gone wrong and provided an in-depth analysis and even agreed to come out without a charge if nothing required work.

He arrived ontime, ready to work with equipment and tools in hand and with a courteous and professional attitude. He spent the next 45 minutes diagnosing the air heater and running me through all the things that could go wrong. In the end, he flushed the system and provided an honest opinion that the air handler was working correctly, just that the water heater temperature had to be raised in order to generate hotter air.

Gerald was honest, knowledgeable and provided possible next steps to improving heating performance. He stayed true to his word and did not bill me as nothing needed immediate replacement. (I still tipped to cover his time and gas). Should something go wrong with my heater in the future, California Plumbing & Radiant Heating will be the first people I call!

I called on Sunday night and Christopher, was on site Monday morning. My review is more for him than Mr. Rooter since he was the one that really impressed me. Wow! What a nice man!!! He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a cost effective solution. He was a delight, fun, nice to my kids, and even gave them a Mr. Rooter Plumber Toy!
