The service that California Plumbing & Radiant Heating provides is something that every tradesman and company should strive to be.

I called the number listed on their page and was directly connected to Gerald (the owner I believe) to schedule a service consultation. I've already had two companies come out before to come out for a hydronic heater that seemingly no-one in the bay had knowledge to service. Over the phone, Gerald went over things that could have gone wrong and provided an in-depth analysis and even agreed to come out without a charge if nothing required work.

He arrived ontime, ready to work with equipment and tools in hand and with a courteous and professional attitude. He spent the next 45 minutes diagnosing the air heater and running me through all the things that could go wrong. In the end, he flushed the system and provided an honest opinion that the air handler was working correctly, just that the water heater temperature had to be raised in order to generate hotter air.

Gerald was honest, knowledgeable and provided possible next steps to improving heating performance. He stayed true to his word and did not bill me as nothing needed immediate replacement. (I still tipped to cover his time and gas). Should something go wrong with my heater in the future, California Plumbing & Radiant Heating will be the first people I call!

They don't have energy emergency services. Luckily not emergency. They were very nice, honest and straightforward.

Alligator Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company since 2021. Jason and his team are so great! They're responsive, personable, honest and really respectful of people's property. Even if I just have a question, Jason will take his time to help me. I've used them to remodel 2 bathrooms and maintenance of my house and will be using them for future projects. This guy is truely a Jack of All Trades! I used him to mount my TV and again today to fix my toilet. My son likes to flush random things and he was able to fix it. I texted to which he quickly responded and was over within the hour! He is officially my GO TO GUY, seriously he does it all! I highly recommend and his prices are reasonable!

Jorge and his son were wonderful, hard working people. We called on him to fix a leaky pipe in our crawl space. Having been down there before in my younger days
I know how tight it is. Since he was already in the crawl space we asked if he could run wire to our kitchen island and he politely agreed. This required him to crawl
an extra 50 feet in the crawl space. He also fixed our breaker box and a faulty outlet we had outside. He made sure to caulk around the outlet because the foam seal was
cracked and dry. Nice attention to detail there!

He spent a whole day doing the work when he was originally scheduled to do much less. All with a smile. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing or electrical work.
