As soon as we had a dry day, Rey and his efficient and friendly team installed the sump and drainage. Chris came out promptly, very knowledgeable and experienced. He identified the washing machine drain issues immediately and then, spent time assessing the drainage systems present in the building. He cleaned out the drainage line from two different access points and made sure he went beyond the washing machine drainage line into the sewer line itself to make sure it was cleaned out thoroughly. He was a great teacher pointing out what he was doing and why. He provided tips to prevent this from happening again in the future.
