He will shortly be returning to install a water-shut-off valve system to protect our new second floor washing machine and dryer and, in fact, protect our entire home from a devastating water leak in future.Underpinning all the necessary coordination is Lisa, a customer service powerhouse, whose calm demeanor, knowledge base and common sense, directed us to the right conclusion every time. A customer service person is the first (and most important) introduction to a company and its philosophy and can make or break its reputation and Lisa is one of the best. You definitely want people like Lisa and Jose when unexpected technical or material failures occur in your home and likewise when you simply want to protect your home from future accidents.I know we will be back, because we just signed up for their yearly membership for discounts, preferred response times and an annual free check-up to keep everything in working order for our future security and peace of mind.

This was large job. Mauro's plumbing gave me a fair quote, had all the right tools, did the job in a timely manor and cleaned up all of the mess.

I've used Alligator Plumbing 4 times now and every time they've done a great job. The price they quote is the price you pay. They don't give you a 4 hour window, they say we'll be there at 9 and then call when they're on their way. One time they were going to be early and called to be sure it was ok to start a bit earlier. Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with Jesus and his team. Jesus is super communicative and even with a ton of plumbing requests from other clients during COVID, he still made us a priority. His team installed a tankless water heater for us and even came back to make sure it was working properly. We had some other issues with our plumbing that they came and checked on too.
