I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

Nick came and scoped our waste line. We will need work, and will be saving for it in a year or so. Big Blue has helped us with our plumbing for years now. They put in our on demand water heating and radiant plumbing a couple of years ago. They also did major lifting when it came to replacing our cast iron waste line from the kitchen to the clean out in our atrium. Thx Big Blue!

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

Jorge and Alfa plumbing has done two jobs for us, including rebuilding old worn-out taps that were difficult to replace. Their approach saved us having to replace the entire sink. We’re very satisfied. Jorge also advised us against a repair we thought needed doing at my father’s house but that wasn’t necessary. Thanks, Jorge!

Mr Rooter always solves our problems. We've been using them for many many years. In this case their plumber was on time and diagnosed a problem we were having immediately and solved our problem.

Mike installed a new Williams Top Vent wall Furnace. He did a great job. He arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do. Install the Furnace in a timely manner, Left no mess, and at a very fare price. The next time I need any pluming or heating work to be done I will call Diamond Plumbing and Heating. That's for sure. He found one crack on one end (only dripping ) and did not find this crack on top of the pipe where I pointed out first “ this is where gushing water came down.”
The plumber said he fixed it so I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds and flushed the toilet once , he was downstairs saying “no leak !” Done . He did not fill the bath tub nor run water to test any further leak .I did not know so I had the ceiling closed ($1000) then my daughter took a bath , gushing water came down . I needed to open the ceiling AGAIN.

Office manager dismissed the issue of not throughly inspecting the entire old pipe , no running water test. I originally asked for compensation for the drywall work which I had to do twice , did not go anywhere. He said the work was done right, nothing was wrong . So I disputed the charge of CC. I got a temporary credit then the owner talked to me finally . Unfortunately Aaron claimed the crack was a new leak , not related to the repair the plumber performed . Look at the exposed pipe and the area of the ceiling opened . How can anyone say they are different leak . I provided all pictures of evidence to VISA and finally they awarded me the credit. The owner told me not to ask for any repair and I am on the nasty customers list . I am very disappointed by his statement “opinion” , “definition” , “fact” ,” I got something free???
I fought this incompetent work because I could not sign the false statement on the form of “release of liability “ when he offered $500 with “ good face”. The fact is that the plumber was not professional. The crack did not appear after his repair , pipe is all connected . It is not a new leak.

We can continue to disagree but there is one fact that does remain. That is that you have had new piping installed by us for free. That’s indisputable. The rest is your opinion and by definition is not fact.

Happy we decided to go with the Alameda Plumbing Contractors

I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.

We have been using Abante for years, they are always on time and are usually able to make same day stops. they are on the pricy side but the plumbers working for them are all very nice and know what they are doing.
