This plumbing service is prompt and well coordinated, and the plumber skillfully addressed the issues we had. However, the service was hugely overpriced. I had two simple and quick plumbing jobs needing only two small washers and less than an hour’s worth of labor, and the cost was over $600. If you call Albert Nahman for any plumbing work, make sure to ask them for a quote before they do anything. In my case the quote wasn’t automatically offered up front. Definitely worth shopping around for less expensive service.

I've been lucky enough to have Sean handle my apartments plumbing issues for several years now. He is not only pleasant but responsive, easy to communicate with and his work is excellent and thorough.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

We had such a great experience with Jesus and his team. Jesus is super communicative and even with a ton of plumbing requests from other clients during COVID, he still made us a priority. His team installed a tankless water heater for us and even came back to make sure it was working properly. We had some other issues with our plumbing that they came and checked on too. We would 100% work with them again and so glad we found them. They are the best!

Magic came in to replace a heater thermostat. A thorough and quick check was completed to ensure the thermostat was the culprit. Once the thermostat was identified it was quickly replaced and another thorough safety check of the wall furnace was completed to close out the matter. Dennis was both professional and very congenial. The COVID safety protocol was also adhered to. Overall I felt the whole experience was excellent. Jorge and his son were wonderful, hard working people. We called on him to fix a leaky pipe in our crawl space. Having been down there before in my younger days
I know how tight it is. Since he was already in the crawl space we asked if he could run wire to our kitchen island and he politely agreed. This required him to crawl
an extra 50 feet in the crawl space. He also fixed our breaker box and a faulty outlet we had outside. He made sure to caulk around the outlet because the foam seal was
cracked and dry. Nice attention to detail there!

He spent a whole day doing the work when he was originally scheduled to do much less. All with a smile. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing or electrical work.
