Called Big Blue on a Thursday when our water heater started to fail. They were out the next day to inspect and had installed a new heat pump water heater by end of day Monday - including getting an electrician in to run a 240v line. This in the midst of the ongoing lockdown. Great job. Thanks!

My landlord let me remodel the hall bath shower. Thought I’d be able to switch out the plumbing, but once I had the wall opened, there was no way. Got a few prices that were crazy and emailed Jason and sent him some pics with measurements which told him everything. He recommended a different faucet set than I wanted and figured he knows his stuff and went with what he recommended. Their price was lower than the others. Set up a day and time for the tech to come out and he roughed in all the plumbing. Then I did all my magic and then set up a day and time for the tech to return and finish off the job. All this was thru emails, which can be a pain. Everything went better than I thought it would. Techs were great, called first to say they were in route, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. If I remodel my shower, in the other bathroom, I’m calling Alligator Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to everyone !!!

Chris arrived 1/2 earlier then the two hour window, that was a plus. After I explained the issue he got right to work and unclogged the kitchen sink drain and it works great! Professional and explained each step to fix the issue.
