Jarred and Angel were polite, very professional, showed up early, knowledgeable about the services performed and very detailed about explaining what was needed to be done.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

The service man did a Sewer Lateral check on a home in a real estate contract. Very fast and efficient and informative. He was done in less than an hour.

Isaac, who came to my house Twice to figure out why I was having this humming sound. The first time was late afternoon close to closing time, so I rescheduled for another visit for today, Friday.
Isaac is a five star employee, he was very determine to fine out the source of the humming sound I was having when my faucets where turn on. It vibrated thought out my house. He tried everything.
It was very puzzling, but he kept at it.
The last resource was to check the regulator that EMUD had installed about 2 months ago. That was what was causing the humming noise. Since that belong to EMUD, I called them and they will be out to fix it on Monday. EMUD said it was a defective regulator put in.
Isaac did everything he could, and I have never had a more determine, hard worker, courteous,caring person come to my house to do the work. If every company had an employee like Isaac, the world would be a better place to live in.

I've used Supreme on several occasions. Once for maintenance check on wall heaters, another was to install gas shut off for stove, and another was to remover old small wall gas heater and install with new.

Every time, Supreme did not disappoint. They were responsive when contacted for quotes, their quotes were fair and reasonable, they were on time and professional on actual work. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I highly recommended Supreme. I am about to contact them for help on leaking faucets, either replace for fix. I have a mechanical engineering background and am pretty handy, but sometimes I just can't do it all. Those are the time when trust in an honest busness like Supreme is so reassuring and such a relieve!
