Tad and team were nothing short of amazing. We had a horrible flood situation in our basement that resulted in 2+ feet of water - they were able to come out right away to tackle a number of time sensitive issues. They pumped out all of the water, fixed the broken pipe, and replaced the sump pump. They were the most professional and NICE guys - went above and beyond to help us. They even helped to remove the heavy personal belongings from the basement even though that was not in the scope of work. Thank you!

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.
