That said, once Jose came he did an excellent and thorough job. He was diligent, hard-working and very professional. We would definitely have him back next time we need plumbing help.

They falsely advertise as a 24/7 service. I called requesting maintenance at 9:00 at night and I waited an hour for a response only to be told they would not be able to provide service until the following day at normal 9 to 5 business hours.
