Best Drains Drain Cleaning in Oakland CA

I've used Mr. Rooter on three separate occasion at my rental properties. The work involved clearing a drain, water heater installation and fixing a plumbing pipe leak and repair. They were professional, did high quality work (including complying with city codes) and were on time.

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.

He found one crack on one end (only dripping ) and did not find this crack on top of the pipe where I pointed out first “ this is where gushing water came down.”
The plumber said he fixed it so I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds and flushed the toilet once , he was downstairs saying “no leak !” Done . He did not fill the bath tub nor run water to test any further leak .I did not know so I had the ceiling closed ($1000) then my daughter took a bath , gushing water came down . I needed to open the ceiling AGAIN.

Office manager dismissed the issue of not throughly inspecting the entire old pipe , no running water test. I originally asked for compensation for the drywall work which I had to do twice , did not go anywhere. He said the work was done right, nothing was wrong . So I disputed the charge of CC. I got a temporary credit then the owner talked to me finally . Unfortunately Aaron claimed the crack was a new leak , not related to the repair the plumber performed . Look at the exposed pipe and the area of the ceiling opened . How can anyone say they are different leak . I provided all pictures of evidence to VISA and finally they awarded me the credit. The owner told me not to ask for any repair and I am on the nasty customers list . I am very disappointed by his statement “opinion” , “definition” , “fact” ,” I got something free???
I fought this incompetent work because I could not sign the false statement on the form of “release of liability “ when he offered $500 with “ good face”. The fact is that the plumber was not professional. The crack did not appear after his repair , pipe is all connected . It is not a new leak.

We can continue to disagree but there is one fact that does remain. That is that you have had new piping installed by us for free. That’s indisputable. The rest is your opinion and by definition is not fact.

Raul is the best plumber I ever had to deal with. He cares and does a fantastic job. I was remodeling my bathroom and the pipes were very corroded. Raul came to the rescue and fixed everything. My contractor was so impressed with his workmanship. He did a very clean job that will last for years.

Great place for plumbing supplies. Been there forever with an old school vibe and a counterperson with 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry to give you advice. Very helpful, easy and affordable.

We used Streamline Plumbing to do the Oakland sidewalk certification for a house we just purchased (this is now part of the sale process for homes sold after 2019 I believe). Streamline was responsive and prompt in scheduling the work, as well as coming in very competitive in terms of pricing. They handled the work quickly and even were able to get us the actual certification before close which was a miracle! Overall very satisfied customer experience.

I have a wall hung toilet and they sent out a wonderful young man.
Too bad they’re expensive

Mr. Jackson of Mr. Fix It Right Plumbing & Rooter was extremely accommodating with my emergency leaking tub faucet. First impression, was that of a caring and helpful person. Despite his busy schedule, I was somehow fit in, and the problem with my constant running water was completely taken care of quick and efficient. I am very pleased.
