I was at my wit's end after a week of dealing with service technicians and PG&E. I felt like i couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. The technician from this company was thorough and went step by step through everything, even taking pictures to show me. He inspired my confidence.

Enrique from big blue plumbing helped us with our tankless water heater installation. While he was here he did a thorough inspection of our entire plumbing system. He answered all our questions and concerns. He did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Enrique!

David is a pro. Knows just what to do and how to do it. His prices are fair and he is professional. He installed a hot water timer, repaired several faucets and fixed a toilet. I've had him out before and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the problems get fixed.

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

Even if I just have a question, Jason will take his time to help me. I've used them to remodel 2 bathrooms and maintenance of my house and will be using them for future projects. I highly recommend these guys and will not go with anyone else!

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.

I hired them to install a new front door jamb. They where nice and did a great job removing the old door jamb and putting a new one with a strike plate.

Will hire them for other projects that I might have in the future.

I needed something done on my roof and unfortunately I didn’t have a tall enough ladder to do it. I called Abe he answered immediately and was able to come by same day to help me. He was on time, friendly and professional. Will definitely be using him again on other projects.

The technicians. provided service that was above and beyond. I contacted them for a possible HVAC leak. Although there was no problem in any of the units, they found a random pipe on the roof that was not capped which was the cause of the leak.

This guy is really great. He’s an expert and very nice too. So glad to have my bathroom back in working order.
