Discovered a leak at my side of the water meter connection on Christmas night. Called Mr Rooter at 8am on the 26th, Jose was here by 9:15am and did a great job fixing the leak. Price was reasonable, repair was excellent. Overall great experience which is not usual with plumbers. Highly recommended!

This company ran some copper piping and installed vent pipes through my roof for my remodel back in August. They did a good job and in a timely manner. However 4 days ago I noticed a leak in my kitchen ceiling. When I go to the attic I see that it is leaking from the vent pipe they installed through my roof. When I get to the roof I see that they never sealed the holes that they made in my roof. I patched the holes myself in about 15 minutes. The water that seeped through ruined my newly painted ceiling in my kitchen. I’ve been calling them since Saturday and looks like they are giving me the runaround. Nobody seems to be able to pick up the phone and call me back to take care of this issue. First they said they’d call me on Monday, but didn’t. So I called them and they then said they’d call on Tuesday (today), but still no call. Now I’m being told that the manager might be sick all week. Stay tuned…

It’s now Wednesday night and though they said they were going to have a painting company reach out to me, I haven’t heard anything. If this isn’t taken care of soon I’ll do it myself and their rating will be reduced to 1 star.

I should have posted this sooner but Gladiator fixed the damage within a week. They had a very nice and hardworking painter come in and fix everything and it looks good as new!!

Russell was fast in responding to our Saturday call. Our shower wouldn’t turn off. He was promot, personable, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. I’m thankful for his skills.

Needed a water heater repair. The guys at this business were able to make it out within a day of my call and quickly fixed the issue. All in all, they were very professional, efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone!

The owner of this company did a job for him on a shower glass for his house valued at $ 2000, the guy wanted to go smart and only paid me $ 1000, he kept the rest of the money and kept the glass, he didn't want to pay the other money inventing that he did not like glass and it was what he asked I wanted to fix the problem in several ways and there was no solution The scoundrel wanted to keep my money and the glass without paying
