Very courteous, and good analysis and explanation of the potential problem with the furnace. Also appreciated same day response which was possible due to a cancellation, so did not need to worry over the weekend. And this was a difficult job in limited space, but still was completed speedily.

He paitently educated us about our system via video, which helped tremendously since we discovered the issue was an easy fix!
