Jared Brown quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue without breaking into the tile or opening up the wall! He was very professional and good at explaining details to customers. Not only did they quickly diagnose a very unique set of issues and provide several options for remediation, Mauricio also agreed to come same-day after work bc our 14-month old has been sick and our heat is out.
