Best New Construction Residential / Commercial in North Las Vegas NV

Poor service, installed faucet, starts leak with in a week.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

I loved it that these guys were on time and ready to help resolve our Hot Water issue. Very professional service.

I got a water bill from last month of $1085, it's normally about $45. Obviously there was a water leak, but saw no leak. I looked on the web and found A Better Plumbing with great reviews and called them.

Juan came out shortly after that and was very knowledgeable, giving me all the options and suggested a good way to check where exactly the leak was.

We came to the conclusion that the leak was in fact in the main water line into the house. He wrote up an estimate and got to work right away. A while later he was joined by Mike who also worked very hard to get the job done.

They started at noon and by 6pm we had water back in the house! They could have quit early and come back another day, but are still here closing up the trench and of course making sure that there are no leaks!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Needed A/C service with the unit located on the roof. There were thunderstorms in the area the day I called. They were very flexible and worked with me to ensure their employee would be safe and the work could get done. So nice working with these professionals!

Great service from the first to last person I talked with. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and my talks with Mike, Becky, and Shawn the tech. An entire AC/furnace was installed the day after I made my first call with a great discount for being a Vet. Very appreciative.

Have used them for years and highly recommend them all the time. Small company with desire to get the work done right the first time.

I have now used them twice and extremely happy. First time was identifying the location of smell, after having multiple different plumbers being called out through my home warranty company and those plumbers finally giving up and stating the issue was a broken pipe in the slab. I called Lange plumbing. Lee from Lange came out, identified the cracked vent pipe in the wall with some device the identifies the smell, and fixed it that day. I wish I called them first. This last time we had a cracked pipe between the meter and our house flooding the yard. Called Lange after hours and Brian was there within an hour. At night, digging through cold weather and wet mud, he quickly fixed my broken pipe and I was able to get water back to my house. Very pleased with their work and happy to recommend them.

They came in as a subcontractor. They left the situation worse than they found it and said they had to order parts. They provided no ETA. When I called twice to get help on the new problem they caused, they never called me back.

Had a water heater go out suddenly. Luckily, a next-door neighbor was familiar with the company and gave me their number. They arrived the same day and had the new water heater up and running in about 2 hours. Extremly friendly. Will definitely be seeing them again when im due for a service on the new water heater.
