My water softener was leaking and they came out and educated me on the entire system and how to use it properly and fixed the leak.

Had a water heater go out suddenly. Luckily, a next-door neighbor was familiar with the company and gave me their number. They arrived the same day and had the new water heater up and running in about 2 hours. Extremly friendly. Will definitely be seeing them again when im due for a service on the new water heater.

Dave, Cindy, and Tristan were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about my issue! My water heater had failed and needed to be replaced, and they charged a fair price compared to others I have called. They explained the issue and what needed to be done, were there soon after I had called, completed the work within an hour, and have scheduled to checkup in a year! Highly recommend!

After dealing with our home warranty for over 2 weeks on trying to get a water heater replacement, we decided to cancel our claim with our home warranty and called Classic Water Heaters. They were very understanding of our needs in getting a new water heater as soon as possible. They were able to come out and install a new water heater within hours of our phone call. Tristan and Dave were very responsive, professional, and quick with getting things done. The quality of water heater and service is unmatched. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for their attentiveness and service. We will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone we know in need. Thank you guys!

I called Classic Water Heaters and left a message - got a call back in 10 minutes. Dave and Cindy were just finishing a job in my area and came right by. Dave was very knowledgeable about water heaters and offered to install a new one for me right then. It took around an hour and I was all set with a new water heater. Dave and Cindy make a great team. I would recommend them first for anyone needing a new water heater.

Dave and Cindy were excellent to work with. I'd highly recommend them!! Our water heater went out on a Sunday, so we were trying to find someone to replace it on the same day. I called them, talked to them and they came out and replaced it on the same day. They were courteous, fast, cleaned up after themselves and took pride in their work, which is hard to find these days. What an experience... they were quick to answer, come out to home and make necessary repairs while all the time answering questions and explaining what the results of the repairs will be. Nice people to deal with, kinda like it used to be. You can trust them to treat you the same way.

Dave and Cindy are the best! Our water heater leaked all over our garage and we needed a replacement fast. I called 7 businesses and Dave called me back in 5 minutes. I only heard back from 2 others and they didn’t call back until the following day. When Dave and Cindy arrived they were prepared, professional and friendly. They replaced our water heater and cleaned up the mess from my previous one. Their installation is so much neater and secure than I have ever seen. Ahhhhh…hot water for a shower! I highly recommend them…you won’t be disappointed!

I had visitors arriving for a one-week stay and the water heater suddenly failed. I called Classic and was immediately confident that I found the right team and didn’t need to stress. What is worse than getting ready to hop into the shower, and no hot water?? Telling your wife that we have no hot water! I was just getting ready to go to old HD and by my made in China water heater when I remembered to check on the warranty. Sure enough, it was still under warranty. Dave and his Son came right out and handled the situation like a true professional. I mean, it wasn't free, but it was more than fair especially since they had me up and running with in two hours from phone call to install on a SUNDAY!. Do not hesitate to use this service. Classic Water Heaters replaced our old 40 gallon gas water heater with a new unit. Their pricing is excellent, scheduling was flexible to meet our needs, and the work was completed in about an hour. This is a family operation and they treated us like neighbors. I highly recommend them.
A wonderful family owned and operated small business. I would highly recommend. They are very responsive which in my experience is unusual in this day and age. They offer a superior, made in America 🇺🇸 product at a reasonable cost. The install was quick and the work performed in a workmanlike manner, again unusual in this day and age! My water heater sprung a leak. I checked around and called Classic WH, they came quickly and very professionally installed a new unit for me. The price was very competitive. Highly recommend and would use them again without a second thought.
