Highly recommend S&R Rex and his crew are professionals for heating unit boilers, I am very satisfied and surprised what an excellent job they have done in my 140 year old house. S&R have changed the 2 boilers water and the heating, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen 1 laundry room. Since that day this company that has made these changes,I just noticed it my gas and water is less . Had Jason come out, and he did a great job and knew a lot. A competitor told me I needed to buy a new tub because the drain was broken. Elizabeth Drain Service got me back up and running the same day because they had the parts they needed in their van. Erica in the office was very helpful and let me move my original appointment to a time that was better for me.

The service is great and excellent, at first the technician came to evaluate the defect and after found the defect, next day MOE and SUBIE came to my home to replace the device that was defected and now everything is working well.

I called Ivan and All Clear Plumbing to get a 2nd opinion after I had been told by a different plumbing company that I need to have my entire 50' pipe that runs to the sewer line redone. They were estimating between $10K-$12K. Ivan came out and took a look and said those people were just trying to rip me off. The pipe was fine, a little blocked up but he snaked it out and then sent a camera through it to show me how clear it was. He also told me that the price I paid was way about industry standard and who I could report them to and most likely get reimbursed. Ivan is an honest, stand up, man of his word kind of guy, which is rare especially amongst plumbers. I won't call anyone else for any plumbing issues in the future.

When our heating got faulty and most of the contractors were busy, these guys understood our emergency and sent two guys right away. They were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and did a fine job. Would surely recommend them to anyone.

I tried to DIY a clogged drain in the bathroom sink and ended up creating a steady leak. I called this Company around 11:45am and At exactly 3:00pm on the dot, A repairman was at my door.
He was very kind and very professional. Worked for 35 minutes and was out the door. He was able to clear the clog AND fix my mistake...all for the standard service charge.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. We had a pipe split in our basement. Found these guys on my google map and haven't looked back. He came relatively on time, fixed the pipe and gave us some tips on another issue we have. We would absolutely use again.

Our furnace wasn’t working a few weeks ago and we called 3Way Air Mechanical and Ed was dispatched to our furnace request. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and most important knowledgeable to trouble shoot what was wrong. He took his time and diagnosis the issue and let us know what the cost would be and once we gave have him the go ahead. All the necessary parts were installed and everything was up and running again! I would certainly recommend 3Way Air Mechanical and use again should another issue come up in our home. Great job!

I am very pleased with the work clearflow and the team did for me. When Rolando first came to look at my water heater I felt no pressure. In fact, he told me i could wait a few months, so i did. I called around regarding price and what they quoted me was fair. The team was very respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after themselves. So far i’m pleased with my new water heater.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.
