Have been using Rex for over 5 years. Super business.

I called 5 plumbers and either no one was there, or they said they would call me back. The guys at Elizabeth Plumbers took my call, told me they could call back in 10 and they did. They responded to the fact that I had an emergency and my hot water heater was leaking really badly, even though it was 7PM and they came over fixed the supply pipe (where the leak was). Price was reasonable the the service was great. Thanks guys. Happy to leave the review!

I manage a small construction company. Recently, we had a couple of residential and commercial projects which needed plumbing and HVAC services. We were looking for all-in-one kind of contractors. We found this company in the process. They are quick, efficient, and clean. Every job that they have done for us so far is top quality. We would surely be calling them in the future.

When our heating got faulty and most of the contractors were busy, these guys understood our emergency and sent two guys right away. They were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and did a fine job. Would surely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent from start to finish. Called them because we had a leak upstairs. They worked around my schedule, arrived on time, fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. The Plumber was professional and very careful to leave my bathroom and hall (he had to lug heavy equipment upstairs) as clean and neat as possible. Their price was very fair for the work done. I would recommend them to anyone, good customer service is very difficult to find in around town. It was refreshing to work with a company that is customer centric.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Absolutely Horrible Experience- look elsewhere. The plumbers came to give us a quote for a leaking bathtub that had leaked to the floor below us. The price sounded unreasonably high so I said I was not interested in having them complete the job. I was not trying to haggle, I just knew I would get a cheaper price with a plumber I used in the past. Finally, they lowered the price to something I agreed to even though I still thought it was expensive. They fixed the issue of the leak going to the floor below however they did NOT fix the leak that was actually causing the issue!! When my husband questioned them they said oh, that needs a separate piece that was not included in the price, we could not believe it! So, my bathroom tub is still dripping water. Now, I need to have a new plumber come out and do that work and pay someone more. I feel completely taken advantage of- I would look elsewhere.

Really bad driver, tailgates and speeds. Should be more careful and observe the local laws.
