Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower.He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed!Highly recommend!

I own a condo in Elizabeth that I have not had a chance to stay in for quite some time and for whatever reason I had terrible leaks in my vanity! I called Elizabeth Drain Service to troubleshoot the problem I was referred to this company by a friend that I really trust because he had a similar problem at his house! One thing that lets me know I will most likely choose one company over the other is definitely customer service if you answer the phone politely and if you talk to me with respect I won’t even shop the price around you would be surprised @ how many businesses fail at this simple step! EDS nailed my customer service test and the representative was very knowledgeable and damn near knew exactly what was going on and immediately scheduled my appointment for the same day! The service technician came to my place and he was in and out faster than I could say Elizabeth Drain Service lol and the whole time the leak was because all of the shut offs in my bathroom were no good so he replaced them! He was very kind & professional. I really appreciateElizabeth Drain Service for the wonderful service they provided for me and I’m glad my bathroom is not leaking anymore! Cannot rate their actual services, but I can say that I made an appointment online which was confirmed over the phone. Company did not show up for the scheduled appt, nor did they call or email to reschedule. First impressions are everything, and having scheduled this around my day, I definitely won't be calling them back.
