All clear please stop piping your steam boilers in copper. You are doing a great disservice to your customers. I hope everyone is aware that copper on a steam boiler reduces the boiler life. Hey if you don’t, no problem.

Just last month, the compressor fan on my A/C unit failed. I contacted six companies to schedule the repair. They were the only company willing to come the next day. Just as scheduled, they came, diagnosed the problem, acquired the part, and installed it in significantly less time than it would have taken. I’m impressed.

Stellar response times. Gary and his team are awesome. My water heater sputtered and died. It was a slow and painful death.They sent Anthony to perform diagnostics and repairs. Anthony, tried to keep it running until Rheem finally decided to replace the unit. Thankfully it was still on its last legs of the full warranty. While I didn't get a full refund, Admiral Plumbing was kind enough to extend a discount which saved me money. Also, I was an idiot and kept calling them on a Holiday but they responded anyway. Anthony was patient in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Admiral Plumbing. They really care about their customers.

We should have left this review sooner. Super Plumber has come through for us on multiple occasions. Bill the owner and his son are nothing short of professional and over all great to work with. Both times the communication was great and he made sure to keep us updated through and through. Most recently they came to service us due to a clog and had to return a week later (no fault of theirs) and both times on a Saturday they went above and beyond to get out service taken care of same day! Super plumber and Bill are the best, wouldnt call anyone else!

These guys are very professional, cooperative and responded to all requests promptly. The quality of work done by them is excellent and a reasonable price they have. I commend their service and will use it again in the future.

They send me an email saying it’s time for my service appointment. I respond. Several times. They send same original reminder. I try calling. Many weeks of non-responsiveness later I’m still trying to get them to come to me. The office staff don’t take messages or coordinate. And “the supervisor” always has issues. Service is good if pricey — if you can get them to show.

We needed a new thermostat and gas boiler. Bill Falco and his employees are very professional, working efficiently and thoroughly to install the new equipment. We agreed to hire them on a Saturday and they came out the following Thursday to do the job. Afterward the owner came out to explain how the new unit works. We have no complaints and would gladly hire them again.

Quick response time. The Plumber was prompt with his arrival and helped me diagnose the problem. He provided a fair price quote and returned the next day to do the work. There was a clog in the main drain pipe that would require a snake. Service rendered was great and I would not hesitate to call them again if I encounter any future plumbing needs

The guys gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running a bit late. They came and did a great job replacing my 11 year old water heater that came with house when I purchased it new. It was a cleaner and much neater job than the previous contractors. They were very quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price, great service.

I could not be happier with the work done by Sal Trippi Plumbing! I had a slow drip from my tub spout and my handyman made it sound like it would be a very simple job to switch the old fixtures out with new ones. It was not - The job turned out to be MUCH more than he bargained for and I was left with a completely non-functioning shower (the only one in our place). Other plumbers took days to get back to me, just to refuse to touch the job because of the custom tile work. The few who would consider doing the work wanted to destroy several feet of tile to replace the parts in the wall, leaving me with either a mismatched wall or an additional $5-10K expense of replacing the whole surround. Desperate for a true pro, I found Sal, and his team saved my bathroom!

Sal responded to my message within minutes, and he was very friendly and professional. His estimate was equal or lower than everyone else I contacted, and he was very flexible with his availability, sending his team on a holiday so I wouldn’t have to miss any more work or go another week without a shower. Sal was confident in his ability to make the repair using only the few spare tiles I had, and his confidence was not misplaced - his team, Mario and Joe, did incredible work. They swapped out my old leaky fixtures for beautiful new ones, including replacing the valve and diverter in the wall. The best part - they did it with barely no damage to the tile, and the repair they did to the few tiles they needed to remove is completely unnoticeable. The leak is gone, the shower works great, and everything looks better than ever, all for a VERY reasonable price in a short period of time.

Called for EMERGENCY replacement of a leaking water heater on a 3rd floor condo. Water damage to downstairs unit. Took 3 days to do a one day job to replace a water heater. First day, came late to an emergency call, ordered wrong water heater ( had to pay tenant hotel night) Day two: came mid day set new heater, solder, filled water and than realized venting connection was 4 inch pieces and didn’t have parts. Day 3 finished the job. A $3000 job without warning charged $4000 for extra day and parts without informing me first. As well, my tenant asked to put down tarp where they were working bc there was carpeting in bedroom where heater was. Never followed and I asked if they were going to clean stained carpets and he said it was already “dirty” and with a big attitude. He gave me a call later saying he will come back later to clean carpet. When the carpets were cleaned I than paid the $4000. Just a FYI...I’m an electrician as well as my tenant and his work (craft) was sub par. He did not set heater center to room, pipes were not leveled and sweating (soldering was messy) but it is was it is.

This is why I posted this poor remark. The tenant downstairs called me about 2 months later saying there is loud sounds coming from my water heater room. He heard it weeks prior but did not call me. I checked it out and whenever shower, faucet and toilet are used there is a louder sound coming from the water heater especially near the vent duct. I called ECO and told dispatcher 2 month water heater installed by his guys is making loud sounds. It has to be an issue if the downstairs neighbor is complaining of loud noises whenever water is used. Made an appointment but my tenant had to cancel so I called to reschedule and called 5 times and left 2 messages in one day and they never got back to me. STILL til this day no return call!! Still waiting 😴😴😴

I won’t use names but dispatcher still hasn’t returned my call to check out a 2 month old water heater they installed. I will know have to get a new hvac company to check out his company’s hack workmanship and horrible customer service. This was worse experience dealing with any kind of contractor especially when I come from the trades and deal with them all the time.
If they would have just returned my calls and check out their work, I would have never posted this poor evaluation.

i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.
