S&R Plumbing Heating has been my Plumber, Heating and Air Conditioning Service Center for the past 8 years since we bought our new house in Mid Wood. They have been totally professional with us right from the start. Their service is reliable as well as reasonable. Each year we do one maintenance check-up to ensure we have trouble-free operation all year long. I highly recommend their service.

Jimmy is the best. Late night emergency, tenant screaming at me from overflow into his apartment and Jimmy came and took care of it. The price completely reasonable, and solved my problem for me. I will absolutely call him the next time.

Prompt, professional, skilled and courteous. He fixed our kitchen sink drain, a repair that we'd had two other people fix but that kept leaking and backing up. The repair required cutting into our walls (old house, don't ask), and the last plumber who did that left a huge mess. He left the floors cleaner than when he started. He gave us a detailed written estimate before starting and completed the job on time. What a relief to have found a professional, trustworthy plumber. Thank you!!

These guys are awesome! I was in a tough situation and Chapman Brothers helped me out quickly and painlessly! My Landlord Left us with a Broken sewer drain pipe with big holes in it.and broken bathtub Pipe SINCE DECEMBER 2022. And today is September 1st of 2033.

We went 9 MONTHS with TOILET WATER coming from the 3rd floor bathroom on top of our bathroom. The ceiling was cracking bigger and bigger everyday.
Every time and I mean every time we had to use the bathroom we had toilet water
Pouring down on us .
I'm embarrassed to say everything that was pouring down on us everyday.

It is so refreshing to find such a professional company. The technician arrived promptly today, after calling to let me know he was on the way. He immediately assessed my plumbing issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. I would hire these folks again any time!

Parth was sent out to repair our broken water heater. He was professional , quick and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was done . We had an overall great experience, I would highly recommend.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
