Elizabeth Drain Service got me back up and running the same day because they had the parts they needed in their van. Erica in the office was very helpful and let me move my original appointment to a time that was better for me.

Forgot to review them earlier, but definitely wanted to share my experience. About a year and half ago, I had a problem with my water heater. Their website said free estimates at the time. They arrived late in the evening, gave an estimate, and I told them I would decid the next day if I want their services. They said I owed them $50 for the visit even though it said free estimates on their website. I paid the $50 to get rid of them as he refused to leave. When I called their customer service, they said their website was out of date and needs to be updated. Why didn't they say that before I called them to make the visit?!?!? What a messed up company, definitely DO NOT recommend them. Please avoid.

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

The previous evening my heater went out and it was freezing. I called a friend who recommended Eco Plumbing and HVAC! I called them and left a message at 6 am and they got back to me by 7 and were here by 8 am. The technician they sent was too skilled and polite and kind! They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.
