This guy could not fix our building sewer clog. Convinced my neighbor that my apartment was the cause of the blockage which definitely was not the cause of this - I won't go into details .The next excuse was sanitary napkins from other apartments, etc which it was not the cause either. Charged our building thousands and wanted to charge more to come back. When we finally dismissed his services that night, another company came after he left and removed the building clog to the main sewer line. I was told that this other company was professional and only charged us a few hundred dollars (not a few thousand). and we have been clog free ever since. Maybe Dov is good for little issues - I do not know but he caused me much stress by blaming people. Get everything in writing.
