I have been using Harris Plumbing for the last 20 years. The staff is professional and accommodating. They explain the ins and outs and pros and cons of each Job. Patsy, Joe and Tony are great. They are licensed and are above board with their work and do not take short cuts. When they do a job, it's complete. My only challenge using them is they are not readily available on weekends and late evenings for emergencies but on weekdays, you can get them at 7am and they are very responsive to your needs, often same day to within 24 hours. Their workers have been honest, professional, flexible, reliable and respectful.

I needed emergency service and called Roto Rooter. They were able to send someone quickly. The plumber, Ben, was very professional and was able to take care of the issue quickly. I’ve used Roto Rooter in the past and have always had a great experience. Prices are reasonable and they provide great service.

I do not write reviews often but I had to for Vuksani Plumbing and Heating. They saved my day, actually my month - I cannot say enough about this company. Eddy and his team are actually honest and trustworthy, which in my experience is hard to find in NYC when it comes to plumbing - they also won't gauge you. You can tell they truly care about their customers. They do amazing solid quality work too!! I am so glad I found them and highly recommend them.

I rent in a poorly maintained building an my super just wasn't fixing the issue. It was terrible - the sink wasn't draining at all and had been left for a week suddenly got much and I work from my apartment and also have had guests there since the pandemic to help me cover the rent and I cannot afford to have things not working. Vuksani Plumbing & Heating team arrived in literally 20 minutes from the time I called (in a panic no less) - they are a whole team but are also personal at the same time (not corporate or disconnected). Eddy made sure his team could reall fix the problem fully and they did - they got to the bottom of it and when I found out all they had to do I was so scared, but it was a maneagle price. Also - such a bonus - they cleaned up afterwards beautifully!!!

Also - for honesty...I had a shower emergency this summer (again terrible condition in apartment) and Eddy the owner was so honest that he said it would be an expensive job with parts and labor, and that he could do it and would but it would be better for me to wait for my super to do it (who takes days sometimes weeks to come fix things). He gave me a way to patch it up on my own so I could wait for my super - no charge just step by step on the phone - such a great person!

I am so very thankful I have them now for any future plumbing or heating needs and DEFINITELY would recommend Vuksani Plumbing & Heating to anyone!!

Sorry if this is a long review but I truly can't express how thankful I am for them saving my day!

They did a great job even tho they were working in a freezing cold flooded basement.

Scheduled for Friday. They called on Friday and told me they couldn't make it. I rescheduled for Monday, and they called and told me they couldn't make it again. Horrible.

My kitchen faucet is leaking so we scheduled an appointment with Watson. The next available appointment they had that fit with our availability was a week away from 8-11am. So fast-forward to 8/17, the day of the appointment...we received a call in the morning to confirm that the plumber would arrive between 8-11am; which was great! That was a good sign for us that this company had their business in order.

Come 11am, the plumber still hasn't arrived, no call and no updates, just didn't show. So we waited on hold with Watson, and was told that the plumber got caught up with another job and that is why he is late, but should be at my apartment before noon. -- Now this is a common excuse given by many repair companies, I know this because I used to work at a repair company call desk, and that is the excuse that we were told to use consistently. Even if I don't go off of that, it is still a little odd to us that our estimate was from 8-11am, yet there was a job scheduled before ours???

So, 12:18pm came, and still no plumber.

At this point we needed to get on with our day and they were way past their estimate. So we rescheduled the appointment to today with the same estimate between 8-11am. Everyone should have a second chance right?

So, here I am, the day of the rescheduled appointment. This morning there was no confirmation call so we called in to verify that someone was coming. We received confirmation after calling in and so the waiting started again.

Around 9am we were told that the technician was running into traffic in the 70s and should arrive within 30mins. Then around 9:35am we received another update that the technician was still on the way and should arrive in 30mins......ok. Then at 9:45am I was asked for photos of my faucet and told that the technician should arrive shortly. At 10:45am, still no technician and no call. At this point we call in and get told that the technician probably won't make it till after 11am, possibly after 11:30am.

So, appointment cancelled. That was their second chance. If you actually want a job done, then you may want to stay clear of a company who doesn't show up..........twice.
