All they do is collecting the money. You will not need to wait long for they come in to your house. But they did not finished they job. They will charge you a lot. Just for trying to clean sewer pipe in my house they charged me $1400!!! I would not recommend to anyone to deal with them even in an emergency situation.

I called Michael Donahue Plumbing after my sink had a back up that would not drain. I left a message on their voicemail and received a response within 15 minutes. We set up a time for the plumber to come out, and they were on time to review the situation. Mr. Donahue himself came, looked over the sink, the pipes, and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. He had another job to finish, so came in the afternoon at an agreed upon time to complete the work. Unfortunately the sink itself caved during this time, but Mr. Donahue was able to fix it, along with the pipes and drain. He was incredibly professional, taking me through his process, why the back up happened, and how to avoid this in the future. The work was high quality, and was finished very quickly. He took a bad situation and turned it right around! I will not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs and give him my highest recommendation.
