Paul was great, recommend to me by my cousin. Found the leak in my bathroom and took good care of us.

The technician (Skender) was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, a professional. He worked quickly and diligently to clear an infant washrag that went down the bathtub drain. I would certainly have him come work on the plumbing of my house again. My only complaint is that the service was very expensive for this seemingly simple job. If not for the high price of the service, I would have given five stars

9 days ago we Worked with Mr. Shapiro on boiler repair my husband's property Lower East Side. BU Harry, I thought was a good job, but no. We thought we got a $1,250 savings. That too was foolings.
Then the Boiler stopped working all together.
I had my daughter delete our previous 5 star review.
This plumber is in my opinion highly unprofessional to say the least.

My old water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled to come and replace it the next day. They recommended a good water heater,
picked it up from the supplier and brought it to my home without any extra charge. They replaced the water heater and took care of disposing of the old one.

Don't Even Bother with an Afternoon Appointment, Not Loyal to Old Customers
I have been a customer of Fred Smith Plumbing & Heating for many years. Unfortunately the business has not grown in a healthy manner. I just spent two days waiting for a plumber that has not yet arrived. I had made the appointment a week in advance.. When I called to question where the plumber was the first time, the person I spoke to was very derisive, implying that it was my fault for having made the appointment in the afternoon in the first place. He indicated that that was a sure sign that they would never show up. I had heard that they occasionally pick a customer to slam or ignore and make fun of. He seemed to want to bait me so that I would cancel. I should have followed my instincts and called another plumber right then, but I thought since I was a long-term customer they would come. When they called to cancel for that day and said they would come the next day I asked if they could guarantee it would be first thing in the morning. They said no, they would not guarantee anything. I should have realized then they really were never going to come.. I waited all day the next day, too. Several times, I was given false hope that there would be a plumber coming soon. I actually, at one point, begged! Late the second afternoon, they called to say that they still would not make it. I told them that they had had enough fun, and said goodbye. Loyalty only goes so far. After I told them I would never be calling again, they called and, for the first time since I had made the original appointment over a week earlier, offered me an actual time slot - for the next morning - a major religious holiday - so they knew they would not be busy. That's how they treat their old customers. At their own convenience, not the customers' -how rude can you be?
PS, the next plumber I hired came exactly on time and with no drama or nastiness.

Great! They arrived within an hour after I called Christmas eve, worked two hours with my septic backed up into the basement and a foot of brown water in my front yard all because of WIPES!
Rates were very reasonable.

Was desperate to get my sewer drain unclogged .
Called numerous plumbers and got nothing but frustrated leaving messages and or getting very high quotes to get the job done quickly —- I called Vuksani way after business hours and got a person !
Edison was a tremendous help- I sent him a video of the problem - we agreed on a reasonable price and the job was done THE NEXT DAY ! What a huge lift to have it fixed that quickly and professionally!! I will keep Vuksani’s number very handy . ‘Love these guys !

I admit that I was skeptical at first but Patrick and his colleague from Nianday Plumbing came right away on a Friday night to fix my kitchen sink backup and clog.
