Arsen replaced our boiler within 3 days and did an amazing job. He is knowledgeable, perfectionist, highly experienced and literally the best. We are so relieved and grateful for the work he did.

I highly recommend this service! Arsen was responsive and very quick to follow through on providing information and scheduling services. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the prompt response via texting and being able to send photos/videos of the issue, rather than needing to call and wait on hold like other places.

My old hot water heater started leaking water badly (basically failing) very early morning resulting in me turning off the water and heat element. I found and called them, and Arsen came by quickly to inspect, recommended to replace with price point, and with half deposit, got the new heater and came by in the afternoon and got the job done at the time he said he would.

Over the years we have called on Arsen to help solve and take care of numerous jobs, all of which he has been able to take care of in an efficient manner, never cutting corners. He is a true professional, friendly, attentive, and makes his recommendations on what he thinks needs to be done very clear. He is, without a doubt, the best plumber my family has used. Our water heater broke on a Sunday. Arsen was busy on a job but gave us a clear estimate when he could come by later that day. He called to confirm. Great communication, quality work, knowledgeable and professional and I would use them again.

I had a frozen pipe and absolutely no water in the house. I've called multiple plumbers and no body wants to help EXCEPT for Barolli Plumbing. Arsen the master plumber was at a job at jersery, but he kept me informed and updated through text msg, he then contacted his cousin tom who is already a plumber to come over. Tom is on time and EXTREMELY professional. he was able to identity the frozen section of the pipe. and the guy wouldnt take a tip. they will definity be my go to Plumbers!!!

Just had the most fantastic experience with Arsen from Barolli plumbing.

I found him by asking my neighborhood Facebook group for a recommendation for someone who could fix a leaky radiator and his name came up multiple times with glowing reviews.

He was able to come over right away, assess the problem and had everything fixed lickety-split. He was kind, professional and did great work.

As an added bonus, he (very considerately!) wore shoe covers into my apartment so he wouldn’t traipse dirt in; I asked him where he got them and when he went out to his truck to grab some tools, he brought me back a stack!

Called for a valve replacement. Communication was excellent , responded and was able to provide service in a time that worked the best. On-time , assessed the issue thoroughly , gave quote and made the repair the same day. Work was very neat and professional , tested system thoroughly again after repair. Will use again !
