He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. Jason was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Thank You Jason!

He diagnosed the problem and even though it was no easy fix - he was determined, persistent and went above and beyond to help us - even coming in on his day off! While he was working to source a part for us, he took my calls and talked me through how to temporarily fix the issue. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing. We heartily endorse this plumbing, heating, and electrical service. l Andrew L., our service technician, visited us today to fix our air conditioner. WOW! he Don't know how to pay his sub-contractors over one year ago i did work for him no payment but he has contract with #FIT that he charge $75000 but don't pay for work that was preformed

The service was excellent! They came earlier than expected and also explain to me the possible Avenues we could go to resolve the issue. The technician was extremely friendly and extremely informative. I learned a lot from him in the process of him taking care of the issue. I have used Roto-Rooter for many years and they never fail to take care of the problem.

We contacted them after being scammed by another company over a water leak. Joelle promptly identified the issue, provided a fair quote, and returned to fix the pipes. Before he could get out and fix it, he gave us two options to choose from and helped me understand how to essentially Band-Aid it.
