My tub sprouted a leak just before I was to be out of town for 4 days. I called while at work and Jason came out the same day to take a look. He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. Jason was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Thank You Jason!

Good Experience with their service

I shopped around and obtained several estimates for work we needed for our house plumbing. These guys are very competitive with their pricing and gave us a very good price on the plumbing work we needed done. We were very happy with their quality of service, their honest approach to what the work entailed and how expeditiously all of our work got done. I worked with Strato & Nikolay to get a backwater check valve installed in my parents basement in Marine Park, Brooklyn. I really appreciated how responsive the team was. I was able to coordinate everything from California so that the work was done while my parents were home on vacation and despite the way the job got increasingly complicated, they were able to finish everything and do so on my parents schedule and within the bounds of our initial estimate! Workers showed up on time at the start of everyday, provided detailed accounts of all the work done, and have followed up a week or so after the job was completed to be sure we were satisfied and that everything was working properly! Hopefully, I don't have too many more plumbing needs, but if I do, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

Top notch. Jason and James actually showed up a little early for the appointment, which was fine. I explained to them the problems, and they got right to work. They had a friendly banter with each other like true partners. They answered all my questions, never condescending to me or acting like it was a hassle, instead understanding that I was just trying to educate myself and learn, so that in the future I can take care of an issue myself or prevent future ones. I absolutely recommend this company, especially after another local one (initials AH) didn't even return my call.

There was something terribly wrong with my boiler in the building i own, after having 3 other age old boiler companies that charged me a ton and unable to resolve the problem, I used Neo Plumbing and this company resolved the boiler problem, I totally liked thier approach to solving the problem and technical expertise.Simply very knowledgeable.

Great customer service, affordable prices, and execute great level of professionalism during and even after work leaving a clean environment after the work is done.

This entire response from Fred Smith is a lie. They are lying. I have phone records and emails to prove that they never showed up. They didn't come toward the end of the window and didn't have access... They NEVER came. They never called to even GIVE me a window the first day. I called THEM to find out the window, and both days, they never showed. I called them both days after the window closed to tell them I had to leave for work. Then, after 2 no shows Monday and Tuesday, they emailed to say the job wasn't worth their time. Exact words all our gas guys are busy taken on larger gas jobs and right now we don’t have the man power to correct your issues... Even AFTER that email, informing we they were passing on the job, somebody called me on Wednesday saying he was in the area. Obviously, that was never scheduled since they already passed on taking the job. They are completely incompetent and unable to handle the rigors of city work. Do not use. Unreliable, not timely and apparently now liars. DO NOT USE!

Spoke to them last week, both via email and phone. They said they'll come by Monday or Tuesday this week, but they'll call Monday morning to confirm a time.

Well, Monday rolls around and no call. So I call them. They say I'm next on the schedule and will be at my place shortly. I inform them I have to leave for work soon and they say absolutely will be there shortly. I call work and tell them I'll be late, hopefully in around noon. Of course, noon comes and goes and no show. I call. They don't apologize. They say they'll have someone come Tuesday before noon for sure

So, I call work and apologize, tell them I'll be in late on Tuesday as well. I bet you can guess what happens next... Noon on Tuesday rolls around, nobody shows up. I call. They transfer me to 4 different people, nobody takes responsibility. Nobody apologizes. Nobody has any answers. All push me off to someone else. Nobody helps but they promise someone will call shortly to reschedule.

Hours later, they send an email (rather than calling, like they said they would, since they were probably too afraid to speak with me after they kept screwing up) saying the job is too small and not worth their time to do... A determination they made without ever coming to my home!?

Never use them. Unprofessional. Never once apologized for wasting my time.

Bargain plumbing and NY Heating Corp are WAY better (and more affordable).

Called for a valve replacement. Communication was excellent , responded and was able to provide service in a time that worked the best. If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies.
