Horrible! I do not recommend. I called because my sewer line backed up and the technician claimed he cleaned it but it continued to back up. They charged $465 with a 6 month guarantee. I called to have the line reevaluated and they refused to come back... every time I would schedule an appointment, the technician would cancel stating the job was completed. He said that I needed to clean the sewage from the trap because he only was responsible for the line ... he completely ignored the fact that there was sewage in the trap because the line was continuing to back up. It’s been 5 days with multiple phone calls and little progress and they won’t give me a refundPlease save your time and money ... Do not use roto rooter!

I called 3 other plumbers before them and they were fast, responsive and so polite. My guy Sal was fantastic, explained things to me thoroughly, gave me some helpful tips, and was quick with the repair I needed.

This place doesn't exist. This isn't real plumbing company. I have reported to google. This is a lead gen company and call get routed to remote call center once you enter zip code. I will prefer to hire actual local company like Roto Rooter or Petri than these scammers.

We were invaded by water bugs which turned out to be a loose cap on the trap. Mike came in found and fixed the problem. Very professional, very clean, very responsive.

Toilet stopped working yesterday morning. I kept trying to unclog the whole day and this morning using two different types of plungers and no luck. Tried liquid plumber and hot water and nothing. Mom suggested roto-rooter. I called and on a Sunday at 7am they answered. Got email confirmation and then i was getting texts letting me know approximate time they will get here and when they got here. Michael gave me a quote when he got here and started right away. He was done within 30 minutes. Left the bathroom clean (I had nothing to clean up after) and the toilet working!!!! He was godsent. I have back issues and had a back surgery months ago but am still in pain and my back was hurting from trying so much to get the toilet fixed myself. I am so thankful for roto-rooter and for Michael!! I highly recommend this company and especially Michael! Oh I also want to add that he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable!!

I've been struggling with my bathroom sink leaking for the past month and my apartment did a horrible job fixing it, which just made the leak worse. I called up today and requested service, and thankfully Neha was able to find the time slot that works with my crazy schedule. The plumber came today - found out what was causing the leak, fixed it, cleaned up and double-checked to make sure all was good. The entire process took less than an hour. Really recommend!

I just had my kitchen faucet fixed by one of the plumbers from Fred Smith Co. He did a great job. He even had to go downtown to get a piece and come back an hour later.
I also had these guys fix my radiators a couple of months ago. I live in a pre-war building and these things break down all the time. I haven't had any problem with my heating anymore after they fixed it.
I'd aks for Brett (the plumber), if you call them! He's great.

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.

In short, Edison is fantastic and very responsive! He was able to add a drain line as well as a cold and hot water line to our kitchen area so that we could have a washer/dryer in our unit as well as hook up a water line to our refrigerator's ice maker. After he finished the installation, he double checked his work as he made sure that he took care of some of the finer details that I had asked about at the consultation. I strongly recommend him!
