On April 14, 2022 a LIGHTNING STRIKE hit my Mother's Chimney and literally exploded it!
The EMP'S shot through the electrical System. Jordan, the owner of YT Electrical came on time and performed a thorough inspection. He sat and gave us a Detailed/Clear discussion of the scope of the Job. Allstate approved it. The job also required installation of 2 ground wire poles and reconnection of CON ED connecting line to our Home. (Jordan scheduled and will be present for the FINAL Inspection of ConEd.)

Vlad was introduced to us by someone who had used him and stated that he was a competent and honest guy. After using him , we agree 100%. We have an apartment in Manhattan. If CN says that they will be there in 45 minutes then they will be there in 45 minutes. Ever since working with this company we never had a issue that needed to be repaired twice. If CN come out to make a repair then that issue is fixed, we never have to worry about the same issue recurring.

It’s a relief to know that if we have a service request on one of our properties we all that we have to do is just send CN a email detailing the work needed and they will get it done efficiently.
